Who Is Really Pushing Drugs?

Under increased scrutiny, but armed with upwards of $12 billion annually, marketers of prescription drugs are moving more aggressively into medical schools, providing weekly promotions and a large volume of teaching materials in an effort to create loyal, life-long customers.

According to a study titled " Medical Students Exposure to and Attitudes About Drug Companies," Drug companies sponsor an event or provide gifts to each third-year medical student about once a week.

Not to mention the TV ads we are all familiar with...

What do most people do when they have a physical problem? Go to their doctor, of course.

And, if their doctor has been "properly" indoctrinated by the drug marketers, the "cure" to their condition will always be a drug.

Now, this is not a hit on doctors.

We need them, of course.

But it is important to understand how drugs are marketed and to see that the orientation toward "legal" drug use creates the mind-set which supports the use of "illegal" drugs.

So what shall we do about all this?

You can start by getting your copy of "Xtasy The Real Story" Part 1 and 2, now available on DVD!

The much anticipated-release of this film took place on Thursday, 29 June at CC Int.

Viewrs will find out how drugs are really marketed through mass media and how dealers do their trade.

You will also find out what drugs are and how exactly they affect the mind.

Plus - there is a bonus feature you get called "The Misery of Xtasy".

This feature provides stories you have never heard before from people who overcame their addiction.
