Tomorrow's Kids Could Take "Drug Holidays" from Anti-psychotic Medications It was once thought that patients should take a "drug holiday" by periodically stopping their anti-psychotic drugs for a few weeks every year. This practice is no longer recommended. Research has shown that these "drug holidays" increase the risk of relapse. It is already happening. The fact of the matter is many of today's leaders take these types of "medications." Do you think that, if they really knew what drugs were, they would still be inclined to take them or better yet, allow their kids to be put on them? Today kids are taught that there are "good drugs and bad drugs." They grow up with this information. They also grow up believing that "the doctor knows best." So the spiral continues out of control. Through our school sponsorship program F.O.N. has reached over 6 million students in the last 10 years and this continues to expand. Last year alone we reached over 1.4 million students with our Truth About Drugs Video Series. And the incredible results just keep pouring in from all over the country. |
