In my eyes without the Sauna New Life Detoxification Program, which is unique to the Narconon Program, there would be no success story.

Many times I have tried to rid myself of drugs without the sauna but the drugs were still in my body, therefore the cravings were still there even though my intentions were in the right place.

It feels like I have taken the best bath in my life because I truly feel cleansed of the toxins and chemicals that ran my body and my life.

Not only do I feel more confident in communication, but my mind and spirit are better too.
