When I came in the door, I was thinking "Great, another rehab. I wonder how long I'll last this time".

I thought to myself this is another waste of time, but at the same time I was desperate to get my act together.

I heard the sauna could get rid of the cravings and I knew that was my biggest problem. I could get off drugs but could never stay off them as I was always following the same routine.

Coming off I put myself through hell then once I was over the cold turkey I'd go and do it all again. I thought I had something wrong with me. I was a glutton for punishment not just a drug addict.

The first week or two I was there, I really started to feel a difference. I went from someone who couldn't communicate to someone who would talk to people.

I still found it a strain but I was doing it more and more than before. I knew I could have conversations no problem with people and I wasn't paranoid thinking about what they thought about me.

I was starting to become confident. I did my sauna and felt good after it.

I was dreading doing the rest of the course, because it involved studying. But after I did book 3 (the learning improvement course), I felt great after it and I wanted to learn more and that was the way with the rest of the course.

I could feel that I was always gaining after every book I did. I knew more and I knew how to make a better life for myself. A pain free, drug free, stress free life.

It's a class course and I would recommend it to anyone.

I would like to thank Danny, Les, Justin and Jeannie, because they are ones that helped me the most and got me to where I am now and I was always able to talk to them when I was having any difficulties with things inside and outside of Narconon.
