This High School Educators Kit for Grades 9-12, featuring our video Marijuana The Myth, provides some of the most up-to-date information about drugs. No where will you find a video with the unique presentation style offered by prevention specialist Bobby Wiggins.

Educators from around the globe rave about Mr. Wiggins ability to reach teenagers with a serious message, presented in an entertaining way they can relate to. Getting through to high school students can be a challenge for any educator.

"I liked the candid and truthful personal stories. I thought the format worked with the middle school students. Excellent response from students. It made an impression upon them. Dispelled some of their myths." -- Middle School Teacher, Eureka, CA

Through decades of development, The Narconon Drug Education Program has been refined to reflect the information that teenagers are looking for on the subject of drugs. Providing today's teenagers with truthful information about drugs, in a way they can relate to, is a sure way to give them the best ammunition against peer pressure and the media's glamorization of drugs. This factual information leads to a higher retention rate of the information learned.

"Thank you so much for the film. I still use it each semester. I haven't found anything that impresses my students more. They really remember how it was explained to them." -- Illinois High School Health Teacher

Our second video in this kit, The Truth About Kids And Drugs, was created just for you. This video provides a truly eye-opening experience into the real situation with kids and drugs within schools, as told by the students themselves. By understanding the realities of drug use and what kids are saying about this in the school yard, you are better equipped to help our youth stay away from drugs.

This Educators kit complements any prevention program. It is an excellent supplement to use in assisting your students to continually get the right message not to use drugs. Arming them with correct information provides your students with the best chance possible to stay away from drugs.

Drugs Drugs essentially are poisons. The degree they are taken determines the effect. A small amount acts as a stimulant. A greater amount acts as a sedative. A larger amount acts as a poison and can kill one dead. This is true of any drug. Each has a different amount at which it gives those results.
Marijuana A green or gray mixture of dried, shredded flowers and leaves of the hemp plant Cannabis sativa.
Narconon A drug rehabilitation program using L. Ron Hubbard's technology. It is a non-religious, non-profit organization that was originally organized in Arizona State Prison by an inmate who was himself a drug addict. He put to use the basic principles of the mind contained in books by L. Ron Hubbard and, by doing so, completely cured his addiction and helped twenty other inmates do the same. Narconon means non-narcotics or no drugs. There are now Narconon centers in many areas around the world. In the Narconon program, no drugs whatever are used for withdrawal, and the usual withdrawal effects, such as those experienced by quitting drugs "cold turkey," are most often completely avoided.
